The Supper Club - LIA GOLD X THE SINGL-END
Following the success of my first Supper Club in London, I am so excited to be teaming up with The Singl-end to bring you L’ultima Luce.
We will be serving up a farewell-to-summer Italian feast, reminding us of everything summer had to offer before we welcome in the autumn months.
The menu is inspired by my summer holiday to Rimini this year with 14 of my best friends. I was, of course, head chef, serving up fresh salads and big sharing pots of pasta.
Most people go on holiday to escape cooking, but for me, it’s the ultimate way to switch off.
